Who we are

The Friends of Greenville Greenways (FROGGS) is a nonprofit based in Greenville, North Carolina. We work closely with the City of Greenville and other partners to care for, expand, and improve our community’s greenways: multi-use paths that collectively form a system of linear parks.

FROGGS is run by volunteers who believe greenways play a crucial role in improving our health and quality of life, enhancing our neighborhoods, providing valuable transportation corridors, and protecting natural ecosystems.
